Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with NoPauseSwim. We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been despatched. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping options and delivery times

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) — 2-3 business days — £3.99
• Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) — 1-2 business days — £4.99

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the day your order is despatched, not the day it is placed.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been despatched, you'll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please get in touch at hello@nopauseswim.com and we'll investigate with Royal Mail. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to amend addresses once an order has been despatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery — additional shipping charges may apply.
