We started NoPauseSwim because we were tired of sitting out.

NoPauseSwim was born from a feeling we both knew all too well.

For as long as we can remember, getting your period before a holiday, swimming trip or day at the beach meant dread instead of excitement.

Instead of feeling confident and carefree, you feel restricted. Watching from the side lines while everyone else is in the water.

And we knew we couldn’t be the only ones.

Every month, women are sitting on the sun lounger, staying at the edge of the pool or quietly deciding not to swim — simply because they’re on their period.

That’s where NoPauseSwim began.

We’re not a period brand that happens to make swimwear.
