How it works

How does period-proof swimwear actually work?

There's a discreet four-layer lining built into the gusset — it absorbs flow and stops leaks, finished with the same fabric as the rest of the swimwear so it's completely invisible from the outside. You wear it exactly like normal swimwear, in the pool or the sea, period or not.

How much can it absorb?

Can I wear it without any other protection?

Yes. No tampons, no pads, no cups. Just get in the water.

The Product

What fabric is it made from? 

All NoPauseSwim swimwear is made from a premium Nylon and Elastane blend on the outer fabric — the same material used in high-quality swimwear worldwide. The built-in lining uses a four-layer construction: a soft moisture-wicking inner layer, an absorbent layer, a leakproof TPU membrane, and the outer swimwear fabric. It's designed to feel just like regular swimwear while keeping you fully protected.

Does it look different to regular swimwear?

Not at all! The lining is built in and completely hidden. From the outside, it's just your swimsuit.

Washing & care

How do I wash it?

Rinse with cold water straight after use until the water runs clear — the sooner the better. Then machine wash cold, inside out, with similar dark colours. No fabric conditioner and no tumble dryer. Air dry on a line or airer. We'd also recommend washing in a wash bag to avoid snagging.

Will washing affect the absorbency over time?

Not if you follow the care instructions. Cold wash, no fabric conditioner, air dry — stick to these and your NoPauseSwim will stay just as effective wash after wash.

Wearing it

Is it comfortable to wear all day?

Yes. Pool day, beach day, full day at the water park with the kids — NoPauseSwim is built for actual days out, not just a quick dip.

Any tips for a long day out?

Give the inside a quick rinse under cold water when you get a chance — a few seconds under a shower or back in the sea and you're sorted!

We're UK only for now, but international's on the way. Drop us a message and we'll let you know the second it lands!

How long does delivery take?

UK Standard (2-3 days) — £3.99
UK Next Day (1-2 days) — £4.99

You'll get a Royal Mail tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

What is your returns policy?

You've got 30 days from delivery to send it back — just keep it unworn, with the hygiene sticker and tags still attached. Log into your account to start a return, and we'll email you a label. Return postage is £3.99, taken off your refund.
